In 2015 and 2016, when I first started making YouTube videos for business and marketing, I suffered from inconsistency. That inconsistency led me to doubt myself and quit YouTube twice for months. I realized I had been putting too much pressure on myself to get every video perfect in front of the camera, but I had no real plan BEFORE i started recording. As a result the videos were rambly, haphazard, had no clear purpose and seemed like a waste of time. No wonder I gave up! In 2017 I finally sat down and created my Video Content Plan, which changed the trajectory of my channel and allowed me to get more consistent. I've since improved my plan and I want to share the updated version with you in this Masterclass.
